Skin
The skin is the largest organ of our body; it's a layer of soft tissue that covers the body, and protects it from environmental damage such as germs, sun, and pollution.
Skincare
Skincare is a process for maintaining the good health of the epidermis(the upper layers of the skin). Doing skincare helps prevent skin damage that occurs from exposure to pollution, harsh sun, and outdoor activity, etc. A simple routine helps keep your skin clean, hydrated, and protected, prevents skin problems, and gives a beautiful appearance.
Skincare routine
Always remember the golden rule: consistency is the key. At first, keep the steps simple and make sure you follow them regularly; forget about those super-long routines you see on the internet. As a beginner, following the basics is best.
Cleanser(Face wash):
Start using a good cleanser/face wash that suits your skin type and active skin concerns. Cleansing your face twice daily in the morning & at night helps to remove sebum buildup, impurities, and bacterial growth. Moreover, you will get rid of uneven skin tone and texture. As well as the prevention of pigmentation. Use a coin-sized amount of product and gently massage it on the skin and rinse with cold water, and pat it dry.Avoid: Soap bars (they can be very drying) or anything labeled "foaming" that makes your skin feel tight and squeaky clean after washing. That squeaky feeling means it's stripping away too much natural oil.
Hydration(Moisturiser):
Keep your skin hydrated, just like your body needs hydration from drinking water, the skin needs hydration from moisturizer. Select the write moisturizer for your skin type and skin concerns. Use moisturizer as the second step after cleansing the skin. Moisturiser protects the skin from pollution and dirt, while giving you soft, supple, glowing skin. Use 2ml moisturiser and gently massage it on the skin and leave it.
Choose the correct: Look for words like "lightweight," "oil-free," "non-comedogenic" (won't clog pores) if you have normal, combination, or oily skin. If your skin feels dry or tight, look for "rich," "hydrating," or "cream," "ceramide."
Protection(Sunscreen):
Protection is a must and mandatory steps everyone should follow. Sunscreen is the most important product on Skinacre. Every process fails unless you use sunscreen, nothing will give result and not gonna effective. Use two to three finger lengths of sunscreen that suits you and face, neck, or even on the exposed area, reapply every two to three hours during the daytime. Always prefer clothes with UPF level and full sleeve clothes and long pants for optimal protection.
Choose the correct: SPF 30 or Higher. SPF 30 blocks about 97% of the sun's burning rays (UVB). Higher SPFs block slightly more, but SPF 30 is the minimum. "Broad Spectrum." This means it protects against both UVB (burning) and UVA (aging) rays. Both are harmful.
Regular care can help avoid wrinkles, dark spots, oiliness, breakouts, and irritation, and even skin cancer. Taking a few minutes for yourself can be relaxing and make you feel more confident, feel good. Master these, and you're already winning. You can add more later if you want, but these three are non-negotiable for healthy skin and for every child, man, & woman. That's your essential routine. Do this consistently, and your skin will thank you.
